Big problems? I don't think so! The problem is that every person needs to do physical activity. Some people believe that theatre and dance are not hard enough and is reserved only for women with gold curls. Other people think they are not capable without even having tried. Dancing is taking one step after another following the tempo of the music, as the soldier's march or a normal walk. Dancing requires the discipline of the soldier enclosed in the simplicity of a walk. If you know how to walk you know how to dance, but you will learn how to use it with discipline, rules, respect and education. The most important thing is that you can have more trust and confidence in yourself when you get on the stage and face the public. Do you prefer the gym and find yourself alone practising on a cold tool or do you prefer to experience the same emotion as X-factor and Got Talent?
