This statement explains when, where and how DRAGOSSIDO collect personal information and how Dragossido handles and uses the informations about the costumers and other people for processes relating to our operations and activities.

When, when and how we collect personal informations
On the right of the posts and at the bottom of the site you can subscribe to the newsletter. When you sign up for the newsletter, your name and email will be required. We can access this informations for all the time you will be subscribed and we can’t access anymore to them when you unsubcribe from our newletter. Under our articles and posts, after the links to share, there is a special block for comments. We use the service offered by Disqus in which you can comment on posts or articles, accessing your favorite social network (Facebook, Twitter, Google ..). We can only see from which social profile you are commenting and collect only part of the data that you have made public on the social you have chosen to comment. On our site there is the "gadget" section where you can buy hats, t-shirts, mugs and much more. We use the service offered by Spreadshirt. In the information section you can contact us by email or phone
Your e-mail address and text will be required in the e-mail section. A copy of your request will be sent to the email and we will reply as soon as possible.
All information that you provide to us by phone or that you leave on our office will be kept strictly confidential.
- We prefer to talk with our customers through emails that we consider less invasive and use the phone only in case of emergency or for very important communications. (example in case of cancellation of an event due to natural events or other reasons of unavailability of the venue)
In our site you can register and book at our lessons and events. It is absolutely necessary to complete the form in all its parts to give us the opportunity to issue a regular invoice. We keep this data in our secure archives and collect data using the latest technologies that ensure computer security (SSL and Https).
At the venue
During lessons or events it is possible to leave name and email to which registration forms will be sent. These data will be collected through very small paper forms stored in special folders and protected in appropriate archives
Events and lessons
During our events and lessons, we ask each participant, client and guest, to fill in a form with personal data and (in some cases) the name and telephone numbers of family members and / or acquaintances to be contacted in case of emergency. This module is very important to ensure the safety of every single person and ensure his physical well-being.
These forms are paper and will be stored in special folders and protected in appropriate archives.
Photoes and Videos
Only our lessons and events for adults can be videotaped or photographed. Photo and video of the events and lessons will be collected via smartphone and / or tablet owned by the teacher and displayed on our website.
How we use your personal information

Details of next of kin, family members and emergency contacts are kept in relation to DRAGOSSIDOemployees only.

We keep your personal information for only as long as we need it.
How we share your personal information
Personal information is not normally shared outside of DRAGOSSIDO. We may share some of your personal information with the University, only where there is a specific need to, including for financial transactions and staff employment details.
CCTV records are held from the facilities and we can’t access to them. They need to preserve the records for the purpose of prevention and detection of crime.
Photoes and video that we get during the events or lessons is shared on our website.
We use our IT facilities to store electronic copies of personal information.
We may also be subject to a legal requirement (with or without your consent) to share your personal information with the government agency (such as the police or security services or other statutory authorities with investigatory powers) under special circumstances (e.g. relating to tax, crime or health and safety). Where feasible and appropriate, we will notify you of our intention to share such information in advance.
You have the right to access the personal information that we hold on you. You also have the right to ask us to correct any inaccurate personal information we hold on you, to delete personal information, or otherwise restrict our processing, or to object to processing or communications, or to receive an electronic copy of the personal information you provided to us.
